IPhone X frozen - Can't Hard Reboot

Hi~


Was hoping someone here can help me.


My iPhone X is frozen. The icons on the screen are frozen and I am unable to do a hard reboot using the power button + volume.


Any suggestions?

That isn’t how you do a hard reboot. Here is the correct procedure:

  • Press and quickly release VOLUME UP
  • Press and quickly release VOLUME DOWN
  • Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears (15-30 seconds)


The operative word here is QUICKLY
