Hii, i have a problem if i using apps photoshop 2020 (just open the apps only not for editing) on my MBP temperature also 95C and speed average fan around 6000RPM. it's normal??

MBP Retina 15" Late 2013

memory 8GB

MacBook Pro 16" temperature The temperature of my 16 "MacBook Pro is always high despite the fact that I have just cleaned the fans. (CPU PECI is everytime high)

I don't use Photoshop, but just opening the app should not cause the Mac to run that hot unless the Mac was already running hot (you neglected to mention the fan speed & temp just before opening Photoshop). To look for possible software issues run EtreCheck and post the report here using the "Additional Text" icon which looks like a piece of paper.

Run the Apple Diagnostics to see if any hardware issues are detected with the cooling system.

You can also try an SMC Reset.
