Mac Mail: Why my email appears in the "Send To" when I "Reply to all"? How to exclude my email? SOLUTION

In my case, I have many email aliases associated with my email account. As Mac Mail fails to see that the Sent To address used by my original correspondant is the same as my email account address, it then sends a copy to that address, which is annoying.

The solution:

In Preferences -> Accounts -> "Account Information" tab -> "Email Address" entry;

Add additional email (alias) addresses by clicking on the "+" at the bottom;

This prevents Mail from replying to myself.
