My Series3 Apple Watch will not install the update. It has been on the charger for 2 hours and STILL says installing update.
It shouldn’t take this long should it???

FWIW, a lot of people are having problems updating a series 3 watch due due insufficient memory. If it hasn't actually failed, be patient a while longer.. If it stalls, see the replies to:
