Downloaded a possibly malicious configuration profile

I have downloaded a configuration by mistake when browsing safari. I only downloaded it but did not install the profile. In fact, I removed the downloaded profile from settings right after I downloaded it. The phone is working just fine but still I want to know if there is a chance of my phone already being infected. Thanks!

Does my iPhone have malware? So I was on a website to learn something. And I openend the website but it didn’t load. I saw in the Search bar not secured so it was http. So I left the website, it was just a white screen so i think it was stil loading. (I have black safari background) The only thing that came to my mind was maby malware. So i scanned the link and the scanner said that it had malware (bitdefender). So now I don’t know anymore. Do I have malware or could my iphone be hacked? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Malware? I was on a site (specially Fandom Wikia) and I was using Safari. I was trying to view an image to send to a friend and it took a while to load (it cycled from light grey to dark grey a few times) then had a little download notice pop up asking if I wanted to save a PDF of the character Wiki article I was reading and I backed out and cleared all data on Safari. As I’m an anxious person I’m wondering if I got my phone messed up regardless for simply being on the page. I checked for apps I don’t have, my phone is not jail broken unless somehow someone did it without asking, and I checked the Files app and there’s only what I have downloaded to my knowledge.

If you avoided installing the profile or removed it then you are not infected.

Profiles and calendar spam are the only places to get annoyware.
