When I watch on line tutorials..It will be ok for sometimes 10 min or so then it starts buffering..my broadband down load speed is 104 ...is that a problem with my internet connection or is it my computer?

Are you on wi-fi? Does it happen when you use a cable?
Try sharing your phone's connection with the Mac and test it.

Try creating a new admin user and check if it happens there too.
You can also try this sequence:
Reset SMC How to reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support
Reset NVRAM Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
Restart holding Shift to enter Safe Mode. Once up, restart normally and check again if it got anything better.
Thanks for all your help...I ended up turning off my modem, leaving it off for about 1/2 hour and turned it back on. So far, and I've just used it for about 1/2 hour, it has not buffered. Hoping it is ok now. It must have to do with my service. The modem is about seven years old and may need to be replaced.

My iMac is hardwired. I tried using my phone with WiFi and it shut off after about 5 min and said my wifi was not connected to the internet. I tried hooking the phone to the mac and it started to play and then switched to a completely different screen????I'm thinking I may have an internet issue. My wifi has not been working very well lately...I just assumed it was because I was in a different room but maybe not.
