Hi,
Most of the my notifications take time to show the content of the notifications.
It starts with a "notifications" placeholder and after a few seconds it updates with the relevant content.
This happens for all applications.
I have an iphone xs max which was recently reseted and installed from scratch.

Try resetting network settings. Open Settings ➔ General ➔ Reset ➔ Reset Network Settings. You will need to re-enter your Wi-Fi network's password on the iPhone once this action has been completed.
