Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

• Press and quickly release Volume UP button
• Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
• Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

All Seems Fine:

Seems it was a bug or an issues in the setting, and recalibrating fixed to what it should officially be.

Can you try the following if you have not tried it yet?-

Open Settings ➔ Siri & Search ➔ Listen for "Hey Siri" : Set this to OFF. See whether that solves it.

It feels like the battery recalibration is the cause of the battery drain. After the recalibration is done the battery reverted more to what it was like prior to iOS 14.6.
