Personel hotspot not enabling

i have updated my 12 pro max night before to ios 14.6..today i am facing the issue of personel hotspot not being enable asking to contact carrier but when i made a call to carrier according to them everything is ok someone please help me regarding this issue i have tried almost all the ways seen from youtube and google

Hey, so when you get that message you need to make sure that you have that feature included with your carrier phone plan, Personal Hotspot and Unlocking might include an additional fee or requirement. Contact the carrier for more information.

However I did a little research as well. If you have the feature in your phone plan then you might want to check your apn settings.
