iPhone Photos won’t allow to sort albums by date.

Hi there

I would like to sort the way my photos appear from newest to oldest so that the newest photos are on top. I read the guide https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207368

and it says that by pressing more, the three dots button, there will be an option to sort. However when I do that on my phone that option doesn’t exist on my phone. I have the latest iOS 14.6 installed as well. Please help thanks.
