What is the make & model of both the Bluetooth keyboard and mouse that you are trying to use with your Mac? Were you able to use them before or is this the first time use? Do you have a wired keyboard/mouse as a backup?
these are the Apple keyboard and mouse that came with my iMac. until recently they always worked. Bluetooth says the batteries are almost fully charged (i connect with cable when they get low). i do not have a backup keyboard/mouse.
well, i cannot do anything because i have no cursor when frozen. when i have a tantrum and shut down/restart am told that my keyboard and mouse ARE connected. so what is my problem?
