Random pop up into an accidental download help 🥲

Any ideas?

On an iPhone 12 with this issue.

Went onto wikihow randomly and this random pop up showed up labeled “do you want to download “setups””. Accidentally hit download before realizing it had popped up and IMMEDIATELY deleted it from files. It showed being 0 Kb when I went into the files so even more confused. Haven’t been able to find anything solid and I’m a little worried what was on my phone for only just a minute. Any ideas?
