Mac Mail export as PDF - cuts off right side

Trying to save certain emailed receipts as PDF files, e.g. for tax receipt records.

Usually select a Mail > File > Export as PDF... , then choose a place to save it.

Mail exports the PDF, but in some cases cuts off the right side of some emails resulting in partial cut off of the digits on receipts.

I saw previous closed threads with no solution despite contact with Apple support. I believe this to be a solution so I am posting to be helpful to others.

Right click the email, choose Redirect then File > Export as PDF and save as you wish. Right side info will now be included.
