To clarify, are you receiving the notification normally but just without haptic feedback? What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? Here's a few things to try, if you haven't already:

- Check your notification settings: Notifications on your Apple Watch
- If Do Not Disturb is enabled, disable it by swiping up on the watch face, and tapping the Do Not Disturb button (moon icon).
If you've tried these steps and the behavior continues, the next step would be to Unpair and erase your Apple Watch, then Set up your Apple Watch again.
