apps not downloading on new iPhone 11

Hi, got a new phone yesterday, and transferred all the data from my old iPhone to new, majority of apps have downloaded however the main ones on my Home Screen have not, they are about half way done but haven’t moved in hours. Apple ID is fine, what could cause them not to download? Tia

What about my apps not downloading? I transferred data from my old iphone 8 to a new iPhone 12. The old apps aren't downloading though. Its been two hours and they haven't downloaded. I can't get them to actually begin downloading.
