Only one usb port charges new MacBook M1

The one closest to me works, but the one closest to the screen doesn't. The phone guy said do a restart. That works everytime. But everytime is turning out to be about 3 times a day. I'm taking it in. Anyone else gave this issue?

USB Charging Port Hi, My issue is one the usb ports on my MBP M1 reads data etc but doesnt charge. Ive tried booting in safe mode etc. Anyone experience similar? Thank you.

USB-C port HI, 2 months ago i buy Macbook pro m2 13" and today one of two usb c port stop woeking ? somebody have this problem?

Try to check your MacBook Air M1 with Apple Diagnostics if it's a hardware related issue(NDT001 to NDT006).
