MacBook Air 2017 model not charging properly/ inconsistent charging

hi guys does anybody had similar cases like mine? the issue is that my laptop doesn't charge sometimes a month then boom it charges once or twice then go off grid again for some time. I don't think the charger is the issue because I tried to charge from a new macbook charger and it didn't work also. Hop somebody can help! my battery is now on 30% so I'm not sure if I can read your replies soon. Also an apple center is 350 miles away from me so thats not an option either.
