Emails from Apple/iTunes

I have had a couple of emails from Apple/iTunes saying that my payment details are incorrect.

on both occasions I have followed the instructions on screen and have found no problems with my payment details.

How can I check that these emails are genuine? or is this a scam?

iPad, iPadOS 14

Scam emails pretending to be from Apple are unfortunately quite common. If you get an email or message that looks suspicious, check it out by the tips in here:
