Britbox not playing on existing subscription via Apple TV app
I have a subscription to Britbox via the Apple TV app. I have had intermittent errors over the last few months, but it’s persisted over the last week. I’m unable to play any content on Britbox even though my subscription is up-to-date. If I click a show, I’m prompted to download the app and start a subscription. But of course, I already have one so this prompt is just annoying. And I don’t want to start a separate subscription via Britbox. Any suggestions?
