Please I’m currently using an iPhone 11promax , updated to iOS 14.6. Whenever I’m on a call, WhatsApp, Snapchat, phone call, any call at all; once I switch to speakerphone, the recipient wouldn’t be able to hear me. It’s clear when I’m on normal phone mic, but it becomes terrible the moment I put it on speaker. I’ve tried all the noise cancellations, restart, and everything else. Pls what can I do and am I the only one experiencing this

Just wanting to make sure we understand the issue.
When the iPhone is on speaker, are you having trouble hearing the other person or is the other person having trouble hearing you? If they're having trouble hearing you, this wouldn't have anything to do with the speakerphone. This would mean there is an issue with one of the microphones on your device. Your iPhone has three microphones, were they all tested when you went to the Apple Authorized Service Provider? You can also look into additional support options by Contacting Apple.

I’ve tried all those already. It’s an iPhone 11pro max. It works perfectly while on normal calls when it’s not on speakerphone, my videos and voice notes also have clear audios. It’s just with all the calls!!! WhatsApp, Phone call, everything it’s a call. I recently updated to iOS 14.6

This distortion only just started after I updated to iOS 14.6. I immediately took it to an authorized store and nothing was recorded damaged. It works with my AirPods, and on normal microphone; it’s just the speakerphone that’s not working. Pls look into this in the next update; cause that’s the only recommendation I got

All three microphones were tested. Voice notes and videos on both front and back camera. Isn’t it the camera in the bottom, top and back of the phone???
