Why when I play music with dolby atmos its not working it stops at 15 seconds of the song?

Yesterday I tried it again with Apple Music lossless songs and also on 14.7 they stopped after 15 seconds like before.

So Apple didn't change a Bit.

Guess it's an DRM problem, Apple or the Music Industrie don't like that we listen offline to lossless songs ...

It works if mobile data for Music is on.

Don't know whats going on but it worked for me with 'Cellular' for Music toggled to 'off'. Have you tried it using my settings posted above? Do you have 'Download in Dolby Atmos' toggled to 'ON'? That was my setting (not mentioned above) for when it worked. Will try again away from my wi-fi when I get a chance to insure its working wasn't a 'one off'.

Went to the park today and mine still worked....with 'Lossless' noted on some of the songs I played on my iPhone 11pro. Again, I left the settings as I detailed above. No issues and I played songs from my Shazam downloads (which had before given me troubles). I'll have to ask the obvious (for all having these issues): are you playing , when away from wi-fi, songs that have been downloaded to your device? The Music app has so many categories and sub-categories that one can easily choose the wrong section.

I had and still have the same issue with my Apple Music app. The solution I discovered is that when you’re in the app listening to music, you have to be online. Not online streaming, just connected to the internet. I downloaded songs and playlists thru wifi, turned off cellular streaming and downloading over cellular in Music in the settings, and it works just fine as long as your connected to the internet when listening. The only problem you’ll probably encounter with this fix is when you’re in places with NO cellular data or out in range of your wifi signal.

**I was at the verge of jumping back to spotify but the dolby atmos and lossless update is just a really good reason for me to stay :) Hoping you find this comment helpful.

Mine works when miles from home wi-fi and with cellular 'off'. You may still be having an issue. Don't know where to go from here but I suggest a visit to an Apple store (if one is near)? Also, if you're near a College/University many of them also have dedicated Apple repair shops nearby. Hope this helps.

Skipping that song works, but after a while the next song also stops at 15 seconds ...

I have the same issue. Dolby atmos music stops at exactly 15 seconds then I get a pop up stating “operation stopped this content is no longer available “.

I unpaired my AirPods Pro then connected them to my iPad and back to my iPhone and now the issue is solve. Dolby Atmos music is playing great

I am also having this issue. Turned Dolby Atmos to always on, and it did not help.

I have exactly the same problem, when I start to play a Dobly Atmos song it stops after 15 seconds. Why is that ?

I am going to the Apple Store and let them figure it out!

Try to download one song and then play others too, it’s working

I am past this issue now. I had maxed out my authorized devices and had to remove some (new iPhone) and now it works fine. I got a message stating this fact (this time).

Additions:

It happens to me after around 60-70 minutes outside with no Wifi coverage.

I had the same issue. Deleted first all downloaded songs and then the AppleMusic App itself. After downloading the App again in the AppStore, I now seems to work.
