is there anyway I can know if the person i am calling, answered the call without me looking at my phone?

Obviously I will know the called is answered if call duration timer starts but i am asking is there any feature in iPhone wherein i don’t have to look at the phone or listen to rings, may be iPhone can vibrate as soon as the call is answered. 1+ phones have this feature. It is convenient when you are working and dialled a number and can speak only if the phone vibrates. No need to put it on speaker.
