I have to correct/clarify my answer. If you are talk about Apple's Spatial Audio (Dolby Atmo), this will be integrated into Logic later this year. However, it is (and was) always possible to create spatial audio generally either in a room or in headphones. This has been happening since the invention of loudspeakers.
