Iphone 12 Connectivity issues

I bought the new Iphone 12 at launch and have had connectivity issues with the internet the entire time. This is both with Wi-Fi and mobile. It just randomly cuts out. If the Wi-Fi stops working, then the mobile stops working too. The only solution seems to be to turn the phone off and on. I've reset the network and phone. I have restored the phone. Its not home modem problem, rather a device specific problem. Can any help me permenantly fix this problem? or is this a hardware issue?

Hi Scottimus777,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having an issue with your iPhone 12 and we'd like to help.

When you notice these connectivity issues, are you seeing No Service or Searching on your device? If you are, this resource can help:

If you see No Service or Searching on your iPhone or iPad

Then, you mentioned that you restored the iPhone. When you did that did you restore your backup or did you set the iPhone up as new? If you didn't set it up as new, that can help isolate if this issue is a hardware issue or a software one. Follow these steps to backup, restore, and set up as new: Restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings

Let us know how that goes.

Take care!
