Kernel Panic / Display glitch on MacBook Air 2020

Hi there,

I was just watching a YouTube video in Safari with a few other tabs open. Out of nowhere, very thin bright green lines started appearing across my screen. They were pretty short and just appeared in little clumps. I had no idea what to do, so I closed my Macbook, waited a few seconds, then opened it and it's working fine now.

This happened a few times before, when I was using a 3D modelling program (Blender), and it usually preceded a kernel panic. I have not opened Blender for months so I'm guessing it wasn't at fault this time. Any suggestions on what to do?

We understand that you're seeing lines across your screen at intermittent points. With it not actively happening, troubleshooting can be limited, and at this stage it could be hardware or software.
