Google Earth Pro on Apple Silicon (M1 Chip)

The kind of application Google Earth Pro runs on is Intel. So why doesn't it give me the option to 'Open with Rosetta' when I click Get Info on the App?

When I first downloaded it, it asked me to download Rosetta & I clicked download, but it never asked for my fingerprint or password to do so. Im not entirely sure if it downloaded or not. Other apps I have such as Dropbox have the same problem: Intel based app but no option to Open with Rosetta. Other apps I have that are Universal such as Google Chrome give me the option to Open with Rosetta.

My MacBook Air 2020 is run on Big Sur 11.4 M1 Processor with no updates available & I did the standard trouble shooting such as restart, turn off & on, restart options etc. Any ideas? Or is anyone else having the same issue? Am I missing something? Please let me know your thoughts.

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 11.4
