I would like to add my Clipper card (a transit card) to the Apple Wallet app by whenever I open the app and tap on the plus sign, it just uses the camera and tells me to position the card in the frame, which never works as my card is a transit card. When I click "Enter manually" it just asks me for my name and credit card number which also doesn't work as I have a transit card.
I am using an iPhone 7.

Please note that per Where you can use Apple Pay with Express Transit mode, "Not all transit and payment cards are supported. Check with your transit agency for information about the cards that you can use with Apple Pay for transit."

It is a Clipper card, which is supported. The problem is that I can't add any card which isn't a credit card currently. Could this be because I haven't setup Apple Pay yet?
