my right ear AirPod pro has suddenly stopped working. I tried to reset the bluetooth on my phone but it still does not work. can anyone help. thanks :)

My wife just had the same issue this week. Usually a hard reset will do the trick. I wasn't able to be successful, so I brought it into the apple store. They did some diagnostics and mentioned that for whatever reason the AirPods wasn't connecting to the case. They swapped out the pods for me and they work fine now. Make sure you select forget device in your bluetooth settings. Try connecting them to another device to make sure it's nothing wrong with the particular phone that you are using. Hope you can get back to listening soon! :)
