Since I downloaded 14.6 my podcast app is a total mess. It won't let me play anything. I press "play" and.....nothing. Literally nothing. I've tried re-starting my phone + deleting and reloading the app etc etc etc. Nothing. It's ridiculous. This latest software is appalling.

I have an iPhone 8 as well and my podcast app has been a mess since updating. Probably a tactic to get us to upgrade. Grrrrr.
I get the same screen whenever I open up podcasts.
My 12 Pro max is doing the same thing. It also seems to run really hot, meaning warm to the touch, while I am playing podcasts and the battery runs down to almost nothing. What is happening??
same issues. appalling. am investing my time looking for favourite podcasts on other platforms rather than fooling around with this broken app.
Where do I find the station settings?
