Ipad Pro creating strange horizontal lines when drawing

My device is Ipad Pro 2020 and apple pencil 2nd gen. Since last week, it has been creating weird, horizontal lines whenever I draw a line. It’s really frustrating because then I have to undo everytime and I draw more than 8 hours a day for work. The problem doesn’t always occur, but when it does it stays until few hours at least. And it happens everyday.

The only way to remove this problem, I found out, is by holding the left upper corner of the Ipad with my left hand. Somehow whenever I draw and hold the upper left corner at the same time, the strange lines just stop appearing. But it’s kinda tiring to hold the corner everytime and I need my left hand to press Undo on my keyboard. Could anyone tell me what exactly is the problem with my Ipad and is there any solution to this? Thank you so much in advance.

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're experiencing some unexpected graphics when using your Apple Pencil with your iPad. Do you experience this issue when the Apple Pencil is not in use? Has the iPad suffered any damage such as a drop or bump?

There are a couple troubleshooting actions you can try to help with this. If you haven't done so yet, try restarting your iPad. If you have a case or screen protector on the device, you could remove them to see if that helps. Also, have you tried forgetting the Apple Pencil and reconnecting to your iPad? If not, go ahead and give that a try as well.

Restart your iPad

Connect Apple Pencil with your iPad - follow the actions under section: If your Apple Pencil won't pair with your iPad.
