Battery drain on watch after updated to iOS 14.6

Why the iOS 14.6 cause battery drain on watch 4 and iPhone X?

Before update, when I went to bed at night, my watch 4 still had 40% or more battery. After update, Every night I get a low battery warning (less than 10%) even before I go to bed. What is going on with Apple iOS?

Same here on both our watches, series 4 and 5. Reading the suggestions on the watch and phone to better manage battery, turn off everything. The watch suggestion, turn off heart rate. Really? Very important to manage heart rate during a workout. Begs the question, why have a phone and watch combination if everything needs to be one manually managed or turned off? Apple needs to get it fixed so the two can work as designed, period. These workarounds are ridiculous.
