Will paying users be able to listen to Apple music in lossless quality on their computer? Because if there is no such option, it is discrimination for those who do not have an Apple device, yet you can pay for your Apple music service without it.

Thanks to the rollout of Apple Music Lossless on Android, you can now listen to Apple Music Lossless through an android emulator like Bluestacks or Android Studio.
It works well but I don't know if this is going to support Dolby Atmos in the future tho but for now this is a good backup while we wait for Apple to hopefully add Apple Music Lossless and Spatial Audio support on iTunes or maybe release a new Apple Music app for Windows.
Well a PC is very capable of doing it, apple has just chosen not to make software (or the web site) for the PC.

You can enable it on a iTunes Windows. Just go to the Edit tab > Preferences > Playback, and set the sample rate and bits per sample audio to 192kHz and 24-bit respectively.
And yet it is not available to all said customers. Indeed, apple cannot even get its act together to offer it to all of its own hardware customers, despite no technical reasons for not doing so

if the functions offered by the service are not the same across the devices, there is discrimination and therefore I asked when the format will be lossless on the PC. Because I mainly use Apple music on a PC. And it is completely irrelevant that some feature came into service for free. Apple music is on a PC and the lossless format should be there as well, and I want to know when it will be. That is all.
No, it doesn't support Hi Res lossless music on windows platform. I have confirmed this from Apple Support a couple of days ago.

However, the audio is getting downsampled to 24/48 like it does on my Android device.
Is this to be expected even when playing 24/192 or 24/96?
It's hardly discrimination as there is no extra cost for lossless. It was offered free to existing subscribers

the service is currently not the same for everyone, those who do not have an Apple device but only have a PC, they cannot hear music in lossless quality but only in lossy AAC format. And I want to listen to PC music in lossless quality and at the moment I can't.
Currently, the situation is such that subscribers who do not own an apple product are disadvantaged and that is a fact. iTunes is capable of converting CDs to ALAC format on a PC and playing them, so there should be no reason to limit the ALAC format to Apple devices only. And the difference between ALAC and AAC is huge, at least for me. I just don't understand why it's not on the PC, especially if they have apple music for web browsers as well.
