after the update to 14.6 the hotspot stopped working

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We'd be happy to help with your iPhone's Personal Hotspot. Have you tried the troubleshooting steps in this article: If Personal Hotspot is not working on your iPhone or iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular).
