Streaming on mobile data is turned off

Hi, I have tried all of the answers I could find by googling to this question.

My brand new Apple Watch 6 won’t okay music without my phone.

The mobile streaming is on in the mobile data section and the music section in settings.

My watch is connected to a mobile plan and can receive calls without my phone.

Can anyone suggest how I can fix this please?

Stream Music to Apple Watch with Data and no Iphone Hello. I have the Apple Watch 8 with a data plan. I want to stream music using data to my Apple Watch and listen through headphones while I go running. I do not want to carry phone with me. However, I cannot get this to work. Every streaming music app on my Apple Watch by default plays through my phone. When my phone is not is Bluetooth range if my watch, the steaming music apps don’t seem to work. All the settings on the watch and phone should be correct for this to work but it doesn’t. Please help.

Data Usage When using my iPhone to play Spotify I’ve noticed that my Apple series 5 watch automatically acts as a remote, when I close the player on the watch it re opens it by itself. my question is because it appears to be playing via the phone and the watch is it using double the data to play music via cellular? And if so is there a way to stop the watch playing it when I’m using my phone? many thanks
