apple keyboard in windows problem

So I boot camped my 2015 MacBook pro, It is a 15" retina touch bar mac. I'm using a Logitech gaming mouse non wireless. If I plug it in to a wired apple keyboard that is pretty old, 2 USB ports, full key set with the numeric pad. if I plug my mouse into the keyboard USB hub the mouse does not work in windows mode. if I go to mac OS the mouse works perfectly fine. if you plug the mouse into the USB C adapter in windows the mouse works perfectly fine just not with the keyboard. device manager gives me an error code 10. "This device cannot start. (Code 10) Insufficient system resources exist to complete the API" Can I get any suggestions? should I mention I can't roll back the drivers. yet there are no problems if you just unplug the keyboard and plug in the mouse to the USB C adapter.

A 2015 MBP does not have USBc. It has TB2 ports. Can you Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support?

Assuming the MBP is a 2016 Model, you should check the current available to enable the mouse. In case of macOS, look at About This Mac -> System Report -> USB and check the USB bus. It will look similar to

If you connect a different USB device to the Keyboard hub in Windows, does it work?
