I just purchased a new iPad online & picked it up at my local apple store but I registered for trade-in for my previous iPad and I was just wondering if I get the box in the mail to send it back for the trade-in or should I have gotten it at my local apple? I was already pre-approved for the trade-in so I’m just wondering how I get the box to send my previous iPad back.
