Hello, sarath147.
Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities. We understand that you have an iPhone 12 mini that is showing a Maximum Capacity of 99% in the Battery Health report, and you're curious about whether your battery is in good condition.
We encourage you to read the article Apple has published about your iPhone battery entitled iPhone Battery and Performance. It will explain the expectations for chemical aging and how your battery capacity will be diminished with use over time.
Note that your iPhone capacity is calculated by charge cycles on your device, and as you use your device the Maximum Capacity you see here will reduce. 1% of capacity over four months of usage is actually quite good. At the rate of 1% every four months, that would be about 3% a year. Since your battery is designed to retain up to 80% of the original capacity before it needs to be replaced, this rate would have your iPhone battery lasting 6 years or longer.
That being said, if you're concerned that your battery life is an issue, we urge you to review this article for suggestions to possibly maximize your battery lifespan: Batteries - Maximizing Performance - Apple
Please let us know if you have any questions!
Cheers
Warmest Regards.
