How to get these options visible? Is it a glitch?

We understand you are missing the Dolby Atmos option in your audio settings and we're happy to help. First, does the option appear after restarting the device using the steps here: Restart your iPhone ?
Also, are you an Apple Music subscriber? The reason we're asking because the Dolby Atmos feature is available to Apple Music subscribers.
