In iphone Mail swipe settings, cannot undo'None'

My phone is iPhone SE (2020 version) with iOS 14.6.

I was looking at Settings/Mail/Swipe Options/Swipe Left and accidentally touched 'None'. Now I cannot undo the check mark! I have tried everything I can think of, including a hard reset, but in vain. Please help!

I have just realized that I was being a little obtuse! It was not a matter of removing the check mark, but of tapping 'Move' so as to transfer the check mark to that spot.

On the general matter of allocating functions to gestures in Mail, https://www.google.co.uk/amp/s/www.pocket-lint.com/phones/news/apple/153049-how-to-add-delete-change-swipe-options-in-mail-and-gmail-on-iphone.amphtml is very useful.
