In iphone Mail swipe settings, cannot undo'None'

My phone is iPhone SE (2020 version) with iOS 14.6.

I was looking at Settings/Mail/Swipe Options/Swipe Left and accidentally touched 'None'. Now I cannot undo the check mark! I have tried everything I can think of, including a hard reset, but in vain. Please help!

Cannot swipe to return to list in Mail since iOS 13.3 Up to iOS 12, when reading an e-mail message in Mail, I could easily swipe from the left screen border to return to the messages list, just like in any other app when you open an item in a list. Since I have updated to iOS 13, a new Archive purple button sometimes appeared when performing the gesture, which was annoying. Now, with iOS 13.3, there is no way to return to the messages list; the purple Archive button always appears, no matter how hard I try to properly swipe from the screen border. The only option to return to the list is to use the upper left arrow button, which is out of reach when holding the iPhone with one hand. I guess this is a bug, as I have tried disabling the right swipe gesture and it only disables the purple button, and I still cannot return to the list.

Annoying swipe function on ipad email program When I go into my email program I sometimes accidentally touch an email and it swipes to the right and disappears. It appears that this is a way to delete messages quickly but it is a bit too quick for my liking and I want to get rid of it. Even more annoying is that I have set mail to ask if I want to delete but that doesn’t stop the messages doing the disappearing trick. Is there a way to stop this or is it just a bug that I have to put up with?

ios 13 Mail swipe actions I could swear there were more available swipe actions (delete? mark UNread?) in Mail prior to ios 13. Weren't there? Shouldn't there be?

I have just realized that I was being a little obtuse! It was not a matter of removing the check mark, but of tapping 'Move' so as to transfer the check mark to that spot.
