Hi. I wonder if I could family sharing feature separating my iPhone and my apple watch....
If I left my iPhone in my car and go somewhere wearing my watch, "find My" app on my Family members would show my location by my watch? Or my phone, that shows like I were in my car for hours....??
Can I set up those separately without 'deleting my apple watch" from my setting?

Well yes, it is quite interesting how all that works, and there are some limitations at play too. First, you can not have your Apple Watch reporting and sharing your location continuously to your friends. That kind of sharing works with the iPhone and iPad device types only.
You can still actively share your current location to your friends from the watch when need be, by sending it within a message. But that is a different thing than sharing it continuously from a chosen device.
