Can't connect to iTunes Store

This has been happening for a few days. I thought it was just my connection, so I ignored it. Plus, I didn't really need to check the iTunes Store. Now, I'm interested in subscribing to a couple new podcasts, but all iTunes is giving me is this:

I've tried the advice here, but it did not work. I can confirm that my computer is connected to the Internet. I was downloading podcast episodes while getting this result. Although, some podcast episodes from some feeds have been refusing to download, e.g. the BBC's Coronavirus Global Update and Global News Podcast. I thought it was the podcast feeds having issues. Now, I think it might be iTunes having issues connecting to those feeds.

"If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services" click here --> https://support.apple.com/HT201400

- If none of the suggestions work, try the last one: "If you’ve tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support."

I also found that page, but most of the advice is irrelevant because I'm on Windows 10. The ones I could try check out. There's no problems there.

About contacting Apple Support, the system won't let me. It's how I got here. When I tried contacting Apple Support, the system said "there's limited support right now so check out the FAQ's or post a question at the community."
