When I open the music app for the first time after switching on the Mac, there will be a loud "Beep" sound suddenly. This always occurs when I am playing lossless music. Is it a bug or something else? Thank you.

I have the same problem.
I restarted my Mac many times but there's not differences. I use the internal speaker of the Mac and the AirPods Pro but the Beep noise is still there. I don't download music I only listen in streaming.
The beep noise occur when I play a lossless song jumping from another song (lossless or not doesent matter), sometime even I restart the same lossless song.

I used to have this issue too. I solved it temporarily by turning the Sound Enhancer feature off. I wasn't happy about having to listen to my music as "non-enhanced," but that was better than the deafening beeps.
I upgraded to macOS Monterey yesterday, and I'm happy to share that now, even with the Sound Enhancer turned on while listening to songs streamed in Lossless format, my Music app makes no sound beeps or any weird "stuttering" noises at the beginning of any songs. At least in my experience, it seems like Monterey on my 2019 16" MacBook Pro fixed these issues.

Reset NVRAM and still got the audio blast when the first lossless track loaded.
The problem still cannot be solved. Maybe there are bugs to be solved by future macOS update.
My ears hurt so much after the beep. Now I am scared to listen to music!
Same issue here. It's not very often but happens and it is very, very noisy. It literally hurts my ears.
same here. MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2017). The sound is totally deafening with in-ear headphones.
I contacted Apple Support. The only solution they have currently is to disable lossless audio in Preferences > Playback.
I think will also follow the additional steps mentioned by Yauhen_Brouka.
I’ve turned off lossless on my MacBook and there is no noise on any track whether it’s originally lossless or not. iPhone doesn’t have this problem. So you can go back to listening safely.
I believe that too. It's a shame.
Now it's doing it in Spatial Audio even with lossless turned off. This is now getting really annoying
When I switch from playing streaming versions to the songs that I have stored locally, I hear the noise.
Most likely a bug because I don't recall having this issue when I play ALAC tracks which I ripped from CDs or converted from FLACs.
I've reseted everything, from nvram to smc – it even exploded in my ears with atmos and lossless deactivated!

Same issue, is extremely loud, not only worried about how its effecting my ears, but also my studio headphones!
