Surface peeling around the lens border of iphone 12

I bought my iphone 12 on 9th April, 2021 from Israel. Currently I am in India. Form last few weeks I can see some white little marks around the lower lens border of my iphone. Initially I thought something got stuck there but with time marks are becoming prominent and looking like surface is peeling (Please check the image below). What should I do to fix this? Whether my warrently will cover to fix this issue? To make it clear, I didn't buy any additional warrenty coverage for my device.

Where I can fix this issue in the state of West Benga, India?

Please help with this. Thank you in advance.

If you contact anodised or painted aluminium with a hard sharp object it will mark. The only way you can fix it is to find some paint to match (gunsmiths sell touch-up pens) and fit a better case. Keep it away from keys and coins if you carry the phone in a bag or pocket.

Apple will not fix anything for you.

Thanks for the reply! Strange thing is that my phone never got in contact with any sharp items. I am very caring about my things and of course about my first iphone. Initially there was only one small dot, with time 2 new dots came up and spreading more with time. I strongly belive it is definitely something related to the material used.
