How to remove a Guest User from the start screen of MacBook?

System Preferences > Users & Groups. Disable Guest Account.

Another option would be to change "Display login window as:" to Name and password in Login Options.

Disabling the Guest user is the only method I'm aware of. Perhaps someone else will have an idea.

It is very uncomfortable... I just want to remove the guest user from the start screen. He wasn't there before
