USB unreadable in 2016 Volvo V60
I have owned my Volvo since 10/2015 and have never been able to use CarPlay, I have tried the basic stuff- turning it off and on, trying different usb cords, etc. however it still says unreadable.
any ideas?

Looking at the compatible CarPlay vehicle article, your model of Volvo is not supported until the 2019 model.
