Heating Issue and Burn Marks on Pencil 2

My iPad Pro 11 inch 2020 is getting heated with minimal usage such as pdf reading of 30 40 mins and overheated with 30 40 mins of movie streaming.

I can also spot two brown spots on my pencil 2 near it's magentic charging area. Similar spots were also on iPad magnetic charging pad for pencil, but they were light in color and was able to wipe them off. Is there anybody else facing such issue and how did apple resolve it or react to it?
