An issue with ipad and apple pencil

Hi, my name is Tharushi.

I bought an ipad( ipad 11" 2020 cellular+Wifi) and an apple pencil( 2nd genaration) on 1st June 2021.

I used it only for design illustrations with procreate app. After drawing for a while the ipad was got very high temperature in everytime. After I done my drawing I always kept my apple pencil with the ipad ( connecting by the magnet) and finaly I could recognize something bleed to the outside from the apple pencil( looks like the pencil was getting burned in inside) When I cleaned the pencil it easily removed but the the marks (brown color marks) were not removed. This was happened on 2nd July for the first time and kept happening for all time when I used it for drawing. After 3 times I stop using my ipad completely because I could see some patches on the pencil with those brown marks. I have attached some pictures for you. Please help me to fix this issue. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Thank you!

Those are marks from the magnetic/electrical connection for the Pencil.

You need to search online for your nearest, “local” Apple store location and call contact phone numbers and call to make an appointment to have both your Apple iPad and Pencil diagnosed and options presented you.

Failing that,

You need to contact Apple support via the contact support link located at the upper right hand corner of every Webpage of these Apple support communities.
