Possible virus on Safari for Iphone

After watching a video or two from a... site, I see the following:

1. A screen on safari with "helpsafari.com" as an URL.
2. A call window with number in it, asking if I want to place the call.
3. a pop up window asking if I want to allow safari access to my camera.

At first, the screen would lock, phone was nearly useless til I managed to reboot it.

Since then, it's more benign. After 5 seconds or so, the safari screen goes away and phone is operable.

I have to think...the phone has been infected.

What to do?

Has anyone else seen this?
