blurry, green and other colors of lines

My IPhone 11 become very blurry, green and other colors of lines all over the screen after fall! can I fix it without screen replacement?

If the screen isn’t working on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

If no help, have it checked. You probably need a screen replacement:
