Every time I plug my iPad into my Mac, it continuously tries to open Photos. What setting do I use to fix this?

In the Photos App uncheck the "Open Photos for this device" checkmark at the top of the window.

On my iPad 6th Generation (with SW 10.1) I cannot open photos On my iPad 6th Generation (SW 14.0.1) I cannot open photos.
